Vizient Southern States' networks provide an opportunity for members to connect and share best practices, participate in benchmarking projects and work collectively to create a positive impact in their organizations. Operating based on these simple principles, Vizient Southern States' members have leveraged the power of these networks to document results otherwise unattainable.
Major Events and Conferences
Each year, Vizient Southern States hosts annual events that offer members an opportunity for learning by providing national content experts, best practice sharing and team building that facilitates the exchange of ideas and solutions so that participants can face their challenges and opportunities together.
Improvement Communities
Improvement Communities are topic specific initiatives using defined measures with established goals and objectives. These offerings allow members with similar needs to collaborate around specific improvement opportunities using appropriate PI methodologies. The improvement community structure and process includes a framework for improvement and incorporates evidence-based medicine and leading practices when available. Goal status and ongoing performance of participants is monitored individually and aggregately, and is reported using dashboards.
