Health Care Workforce Benefits Conference a successful event

Held this past April at Chateau Elan in Braselton, Georgia, Vizient MidSouth’s Health Care Workforce Benefits Conference had great attendance and received excellent satisfaction scores.

Topics included an update on tax reform/ACA/health care legislation/compliance from Lockton; a discussion on Disruptive Innovation in Health by Leavitt Partners; a presentation on Creating and Sustaining Joy in the Workplace by Vicki Good of Mercy; and an insurance market update by Lockton. Attendees also heard from their peers at Navicent Health and Piedmont Healthcare on their programs related to coaching and developing leaders and health and wellness journey, respectively. A pre-conference session, Headline to Bottom Lines – Using Infolock to translate trends into employer-specific strategies, got the event off to a great start.
